Once during each of your turns, you may cast an artifact spell from your graveyard. If you cast a spell this way, that artifact enters tapped.
Tools — Whenever Edgar attacks, it gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is the greatest mana value among artifacts you control.
Build an artifact-heavy Boros board, then attack with Edgar who swings as a serious beater equal to your biggest artifact's mana value. Lean on his graveyard recursion to keep recasting Vehicles, Equipment, and big artifacts for value while grinding through removal. You either pressure life totals with a buffed Edgar or assemble artifact-driven combat and combo finishes.
Prioritize fast mana rocks (Sol Ring, Mana Crystals, signets) and a couple of high-mana-value bombs to maximize Edgar's buff while staying explosive. Add evasion and protection—Lightning Greaves, Whispersilk Cloak, or trample enablers—so the big swing actually connects. Tighten the curve with cheap recastable artifacts and a sacrifice-and-recur combo line to give the deck a non-combat closer against pillowfort tables.
