Whenever Kefka enters or attacks, each player discards a card. Then you draw a card for each card type among cards discarded this way.
: Each opponent sacrifices a permanent of their choice. Transform Kefka. Activate only as a sorcery.
Flying
Whenever an opponent loses life during your turn, you draw that many cards.
Cast Kefka turn 5, then grind value: every ETB/attack forces a group discard that refills your hand based on card-type diversity. Use disruption and removal to whittle the board, then pay to strip permanents and flip into Ruler of Ruin, whose flying body and 'draw when opponents lose life' trigger turns any burn, drain, or aristocrats damage into explosive card advantage that fuels a finisher.
Add fast mana (Mana Crypt, Dockside Extortionist, signets) to deploy Kefka earlier and reach the flip sooner. Lean into a critical mass of life-loss enablers — symmetrical drain enchantments and mass-damage spells like Toralf or Comet Storm — so Ruler of Ruin draws absurd numbers, and tighten the curve with premium Grixis interaction (Dack Fayden, Bloodchief Ascension, Notion Thief). For a hard combo, pair life-loss draw triggers with wheels or untap loops to deck-draw into a single big finisher.
