From there you play a tempo-stax game—stacking lock pieces and attacking through opponents who can never present untapped defenses—while building toward a wide or evasive board that closes the game.
Lean fully into the lock by adding non-untap stax (Winter Orb, Static Orb, Stasis, Smokestack) and ramp that ignores it (Smothering Tithe, fast mana rocks) so you stay ahead of the prison. Tighten the curve with cheap interaction (Swords to Plowshares, Mana Drain, Cyclonic Rift) to protect Spider-Woman and reset problem boards. Round out with efficient evasive threats or a token/anthem package so you can actually close once the table is locked down.
