Flying, lifelink
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell that targets only Feather, you may choose any number of other creatures that spell could target and pay for each of those creatures. If you do, for each of those creatures, copy that spell. The copy targets that creature. (Copies of permanent spells become tokens.)
Build a wide, evasive board and turn single-target spells into multi-target buffs by casting them at Feather, then paying per extra creature to copy the spell onto your whole team. You spend the early turns deploying creatures and protecting Feather, then close games with a single Aura or pump spell that becomes an army-wide swing.
Add more efficient ramp and treasure makers (Smothering Tithe, Dockside Extortionist, fast mana rocks) so you can reliably afford the -per-creature tax across a wide board. Prioritize cheap, high-impact Auras and instants that scale, plus token doublers and anthem effects, and include protection like Teferi's Protection or Heroic Intervention to defend against the board wipes you're weak to. Tighten the curve and cut clunky one-off targeted spells in favor of repeatable buff engines.
