Companion — Each nonland card in your starting deck has a different name. (If this card is your chosen companion, you may put it into your hand from outside the game for as a sorcery.)
When Lutri enters, if you cast it, copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy.
Lutri is an Izzet spellslinger commander that flashes in to copy one of your instants or sorceries, then you grind value by copying burn, draw, and counterspells. You build a low-curve deck of cheap interaction and cantrips, develop a spell-doubling engine, and eventually point a copied damage or storm payoff at the table. Because the singleton restriction is trivial for a 99-card Commander deck, you get Lutri's flash-blink copy effect every time you can recast it.
Add fast mana (Mana Crypt, Sol Ring, Mana Vault) and rituals to power out big copy turns, then lean into a storm package with Underworld Breach, Mizzix's Mastery, and Aetherflux Reservoir as a combo finish. Tighten the interaction suite with cheap counters and copyable removal, and include payoffs like Niv-Mizzet, Parun or Thousand-Year Storm to convert spell volume into wins.
