Why is this card good?
Jungle Hollow is a budget dual land — the "tapland" cycle (sometimes called gainlands) that fixes two colors and gains you a single life on entry. It's pure filler, but it's filler that does its job in any Golgari (BG) deck where you need reliable color fixing without spending money.
The life gain is mostly irrelevant, though it has marginal synergy in lifegain matters shells or with cards that care about life total thresholds. Don't overrate it.
Who wants it: Budget BG decks of any archetype — aristocrats, graveyard, +1/+1 counters, midrange goodstuff. It's a reasonable inclusion when you're filling out a mana base and can't afford shocks, fastlands, or the Overgrown Tomb tier of duals.
When to skip it: Any deck with a real budget, or any deck that cares about untapped lands turn one (fast/competitive builds, stax). Entering tapped is a real tempo cost in a format that rewards explosive starts — upgrade as soon as you can.
