Why is this card good?

Nomad Outpost is a Mardu (BRW) "tri-land" — it taps for all three of your colors, smoothing out your mana in exactly the kind of three-color decks that struggle most with consistency. For a format where fixing is king and you'll rarely sweat one tapland on an early turn, that's a strong, low-opportunity-cost include. Who wants it: Any Mardu commander — Alesha, Queen Marchesa, Kambal, Edgar Markov (if you splash), aristocrats and sacrifice decks living in those colors. It's also a budget-friendly alternative when you can't afford shocks, duals, or the Triomes (Savai Triome does the same job but cycles and counts as a Mountain/Plains/Swamp). When to skip it: Fast, low-curve aggro or cEDH decks hate entering-tapped lands — the tempo loss matters when you're racing. If you're running fetchlands or want untapped fixing, prioritize Triomes (fetchable) over this. Two-color or mono decks obviously don't need it. Solid, unglamorous fixing — include it unless your deck is hyper-aggressive.
