Captain Lannery Storm is a mono-red aggro/Treasure commander who comes down turn 3 with haste and immediately starts swinging for Treasures. You convert those Treasures into ramp, card draw, and damage—sacrificing them pumps Lannery to close games fast or fuels artifact synergies and big spells.
Add fast mana and Treasure doublers (Goldspan Dragon, Xorn, Professional Face-Breaker) to snowball faster, plus pinger payoffs like Reckless Fireweaver and Disciple of the Vault for inevitable damage. Improve interaction with cheap red removal and a protection suite (Lightning Greaves, Heroic Intervention via Treasure mana isn't possible, so lean on red's redirect and burn). Tighten the curve and add extra-combat enablers like Aggravated Assault or Hellkite Charger to chain attacks and Treasure triggers.
