Deploy cheap mana, suit up Mirri with auras and equipment, and swing through chip damage or commander damage while keeping the table from ganging up on you.
Lean harder into protective equipment (Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, Sword of Feast and Famine) and instant-speed tricks so a single removal spell can't end your game. Add card-advantage engines like Skullclamp, Welcoming Vampire, or Sram, Senior Edificer to refuel, and tighten the curve with fast mana (Sol Ring, mana dorks) to deploy Mirri turn two. For higher power, splash extra-combat enablers and reliable evasion to convert her attack restriction into one-shot commander-damage kills.
