When Niambi enters, you may search your library and/or graveyard for a card named Teferi, Timebender, reveal it, and put it into your hand. If you search your library this way, shuffle.
Niambi is a budget-friendly UW control commander whose ETB tutors up Teferi, Timebender (so run that planeswalker as a strong include). The real plan is to use her as a cheap, repeatable value engine: deploy counters, removal, and card draw while grinding the game out, then close with planeswalkers, big finishers, or an instant-recursion loop. You play reactively early, stabilize the board, then pull ahead on card advantage.
Lean harder into proven UW control staples—Cyclonic Rift, Mystic Confluence, Supreme Verdict, and fast mana like Sol Ring, Mana Crypt, and signets—rather than relying on the narrow Teferi package. Add stax and tax pieces (Smothering Tithe, Drannith Magistrate, Esper Sentinel) to slow opponents while you assemble inevitability, and consider a tighter win like Thassa's Oracle plus a draw-your-deck enabler if you want a faster kill. Prioritize counterspells and instant-speed interaction so Niambi simply buys time for your superior late game.
