Why is this card good?
Temple of Enlightenment is a solid, unspectacular dual land for any Azorius (WU) deck. The scry 1 on entry is the selling point — it smooths early draws and helps you find what you need, which adds up over a 100-card singleton format where consistency is king.
The tradeoff is that it enters tapped. In Commander, where games are slower and you have a 100-card deck to draw from, that's a minor cost most of the time. The card filtering you get is generally worth losing a turn of tempo, especially in midrange control or value-oriented builds.
Want it: Casual-to-mid power WU decks — control, blink, superfriends, enchantress — that aren't racing for early board presence.
Skip it: Fast combo or aggressive cEDH-adjacent decks where every tapped land is a real tempo hit. There, untapped fixing (Hallowed Fountain, Tundra, fast lands) is simply better. Also unnecessary if you can run an untapped dual with no real downside.
