Haste
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have more cards in hand than each opponent, you may sacrifice a Swamp. If you do, return Akuta from your graveyard to the battlefield.
Akuta is a recursive aristocrats engine that loops in and out of the graveyard for free as long as you keep your hand bigger than every opponent's. Sacrifice it to death/aggro outlets for value, then bring it back each upkeep by sacrificing a Swamp, generating endless death triggers, drain, and tokens. The deck plays as a mono-black grindy attrition machine that wins by repeated sacrifice payoffs or by going wide/tall once the loop is online.
Add fast mana and Swamp-doublers (Cabal Coffers, Nirkana Revenant) so the per-turn land sacrifice is painless, and lean into multiple aristocrats payoffs plus a free outlet like Phyrexian Altar to enable near-infinite drain loops. Prioritize black's premium tutors (Demonic Tutor, Vampiric Tutor) and recursion (Crypt of Agadeem, Reanimate) to assemble engines fast, and include graveyard insurance so opponents can't simply exile Akuta to break the loop.
