Flying, trample
Spells you cast cost less to cast for each target.
Spells your opponents cast cost more to cast for each target.
Hinata makes your multi-target spells dramatically cheaper while taxing every opponent's targeted removal and burn, letting you out-value the table with big X-spells and broad effects. You ramp into Hinata on turn 3-4, then deploy efficient spells that hit many targets at once, eventually closing with a massive Jeskai-style payoff or a huge attacker. Each turn you leverage the asymmetric tax to land your spells for cheap while opponents pay a premium to interact.
Lean into more X-spells and multikicker burn (Crackle with Power, Rolling Thunder) and copy effects like Twinning Staff to double your targets and value. Add fast mana and treasure (Sol Ring, Dockside Extortionist, Smothering Tithe) plus protection (Deflecting Swat, Lightning Greaves) so Hinata stays online. For a true combo finish, build toward Aetherflux Reservoir with cheap cantrips or an Underworld Breach storm engine.
