Gameplan
Spider-Byte is a mono-blue tempo/value commander whose ETB bounces any nonland permanent. You loop it with blink and self-bounce effects to repeatedly tuck opposing threats, reuse your own ETB creatures, and rebuy auras/equipment while building card advantage. Win slowly through a controlling board, then close with evasive beaters or a blue finisher.
