You play a value-heavy midrange game generating artifact tokens every turn, then close with commander damage or a token-fueled finisher. Doctor Who's Doctor/companion synergy lets you partner him with a companion background for extra value.
Add token multipliers (Academy Manufactor, Mondrak, Glory Dominus, Anointed Procession) and reliable token engines (Smothering Tithe, Tireless Provisioner, Reckoner Bankbuster) to grow the Doctor faster. Improve protection with Heroic Intervention, Lightning Greaves, and Swiftfoot Boots so he survives to swing, and tighten the manabase with fast rocks and dual lands. For a faster kill, include trample/anthem payoffs or a Craterhoof-style overrun to convert your token board into lethal in one turn.
