When Yuffie enters, gain control of target noncreature artifact for as long as you control Yuffie. Then you may attach an Equipment you control to Yuffie.
Yuffie sneaks in via Ninjutsu after an unblocked attacker connects, stealing an opponent's best noncreature artifact (mana rock, key piece, equipment) and suiting herself up with an Equipment for the swing. You play a low-curve aggressive red deck built around evasive attackers and cheap equipment, blinking or re-ninjutsu-ing Yuffie to keep stealing artifacts and pressing damage.
Add more guaranteed-evasion enablers (Tetsuo Umezawa, Slither Blade, Faerie Seer) and protect Yuffie with Hammer of Nazahn or Lightning Greaves so theft sticks. Lean into blink (Conjurer's Closet, Thousand-Year Elixir for haste, Cloudstone Curio) to retrigger her ETB repeatedly. Round out with red's best card advantage—Outpost Siege, Wheel of Misfortune, treasure generators—and impactful equipment like Sword of Feast and Famine to push the clock.
