Gameplan
Build Blue, Loyal Raptor into a counter magnet, then deploy a board of Dinosaurs that each inherit copies of every kind of counter on her. You accumulate +1/+1, keyword, and proliferate-able counters early, snowballing your whole Dino team into oversized threats by midgame and swinging wide for lethal. Owen Grady backs her up as a value/recursion partner that keeps the board refilling.
Strengths

Add protection (Heroic Intervention, Inspiring Call, Lightning Greaves) so a single wipe doesn't reset you, and tune the mana with fast Simic ramp like Three Visits and Nature's Lore to deploy Dinos ahead of curve.
