Oros is a Mardu midrange/control commander that grinds the board down with repeatable mass-damage effects while you protect a value engine. You ramp into Oros, use his flying body and pingers/wraths to keep opponents creatureless, then close with the Dragon, big bombs, or a damage-doubling combo. Lean on white nonwhite creatures and your own indestructible/tough threats to one-side board wipes.
Add fast mana and color-fixing (Mana Crypt, Arcane Signet, Fellwar Stone, Triome lands) to deploy Oros and removal ahead of curve. Prioritize damage doublers (Gisela, Dictate of the Twins) and Oros protection (Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, equipment swords) so the trigger actually fires. Tighten the wincon with an aristocrats package or efficient finishers and trim slow durdle cards for cheap interaction.
