Gameplan
Xira Arien is a slow Jund value engine: pay and tap to draw a card (usually for yourself), then convert that card advantage into a grindy midrange or combo finish. You're using her as a backup card-draw outlet while the real plan lives in the 99, leaning on Jund's removal, sacrifice value, and reanimation to outlast the table.
Strengths

Add fast mana (Sol Ring, Jeweled Lotus, Ashnod's Altar) and protection (Deflecting Swat, Heroic Intervention) so the engine stays online. Honestly, in higher-power pods you'll often run a stronger Jund commander like Korvold or Meren in the command zone and slot Xira into the 99 as a draw outlet.
