Why is this card good?
Jungle Shrine is the Naya (red-green-white) tri-land, and it's a staple for exactly the reason all tri-lands are: in three-color decks, fixing is king, and a single land that taps for all three of your colors does enormous lifting. Hitting your colors on curve matters more than the one turn of entering tapped, especially in a format where games go long.
Who wants it: Any Naya commander — think Marisi, Tana, Gishath, Najeela (in Naya splashes), or any aggressive tokens/big-creature deck. It's an automatic include in budget and mid-power three-color builds.
When to skip it: Cut it in high-power/cEDH lists where the tapland tempo loss is unacceptable — there you'd run untapped duals, fetches, shocks, and Triomes (which fetch and cycle). Also skip it in two-color or mono decks where it's just strictly worse fixing.
Bottom line: a reliable, cheap workhorse that's correct in the vast majority of casual Naya decks, but outclassed at the top end.
