Gameplan
Adelbert is a cheap mono-white Voltron commander who grows huge as you flood the board with Equipment, swinging in with lifelink for big chunks. You deploy a wide Equipment package, suit him up with evasion and protection, and close games through commander damage while gaining life to stabilize. Turns are about cost-reducing and tutoring Equipment, then attacking repeatedly.
Strengths
- Extremely cheap at 2 mana, so he hits the board early and grows fast
- Lifelink keeps you alive against aggro while you assemble your attack
- Equipment count scales his power without needing the Equipment to be attached
- Mono-white has deep, cheap Equipment and tutor support
Weaknesses
- Mono-white struggles with card advantage and ramp
- Vulnerable to removal and board wipes that hit the commander
- Equipment without bodies does little if Adelbert is removed repeatedly

Prioritize evasion and protection (Whispersilk Cloak, Lightning Greaves, Shadowspear) so a single attack ends a player, and include reset insurance like Hammer of Nazahn for trample and indestructible. Trim narrow Equipment for efficient, high-impact pieces and add board protection like Teferi's Protection.
