Flying, trample
At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Palladia-Mors unless you pay .
Cast a big Naya beater (7/7 flying trample) and either swing for commander damage or use her as a centerpiece while you flood the board. Most builds lean into ramp and stompy creatures, treating Palladia-Mors as a reliable evasive threat that closes games in three hits. The upkeep tax is trivial in three colors, so she's effectively free to keep around.
Add fast mana and ramp (Sol Ring, Birds of Paradise, Nature's Lore) to deploy her ahead of curve, plus protection like Lightning Greaves and Heroic Intervention. Lean fully into either Voltron (Embercleave, Berserk, Rancor) or go-wide finishers (Craterhoof Behemoth, Triumph of the Hordes) so you have a deterministic kill rather than fair beatdown. Tighten removal with Beast Within, Generous Gift, and a few board wipes you can rebuild from.
