Whenever another creature you control enters, put a +1/+1 counter on that creature if its power is less than Shelinda's power. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on Shelinda.
Shelinda is a cheap GW counters/go-wide engine that buffs every creature as it enters—small creatures get a +1/+1 counter, while big creatures pump Shelinda herself. Flood the board with tokens and value creatures, snowball +1/+1 counters across your team, and close with a wide, lifelinked attack or a counter-payoff overrun. Her lifelink keeps you stable while you grind, and she gets dangerous as a backup Voltron threat once she's been growing.
Add counter multipliers (Hardened Scales, Branching Evolution, Doubling Season) and proliferate engines (Evolution Sage, Conclave Mentor, The Ozolith) to break the one-counter-at-a-time limitation. Lean into resilient ETB token producers and protection like Heroic Intervention and Inspiring Call to survive board wipes, and cap the curve with overrun finishers (Craterhoof Behemoth, Overwhelming Stampede). For higher power, tighten the mana base, add fast ramp, and include free protection to defend your snowball.
