Why is this card good?
Orzhov Basilica is a "Karoo" bounce land — it enters tapped and returns a land to your hand, so it's effectively a two-mana investment that produces two mana. The upside is genuine ramp: it taps for , fixing two colors off one land slot, which is valuable in greedy multicolor or budget Orzhov decks.
The real payoff is in landfall and land-recursion synergies. Bouncing a land triggers things like Lotus Cobra, Tireless Tracker, or Scute Swarm, and lets you re-play fetchlands or ETB-utility lands (e.g., bounce a Bojuka Bog and replay it for value).
Play it in mid-power Orzhov decks that want color fixing on a budget, especially landfall-heavy lists. Avoid it in fast/cEDH builds — entering tapped and the tempo hit of the bounce slows your early game noticeably, and the symmetric two-for-one with a land in hand is just clunky.
