During your turn, Cait has indestructible.
Whenever Cait attacks, you and defending player each draw a card, then discard a card. Put two +1/+1 counters on Cait if you discarded the card with the greatest mana value among those cards or tied for greatest.
Cait is a cheap, aggressive +1/+1 counter beater that snowballs by winning a discard mini-game on every attack. Cast her turn two, swing early and often, stack counters, and turn her into a hexproof/trample/double-strike threat that ends games through combat or a single commander-damage haymaker.
Add proliferate (Inexorable Tide, Evolution Sage) and counter doublers (Doubling Season, Branching Evolution) to explode her growth, then lock in evasion and protection with Shadowspear, Whispersilk Cloak, and trample sources. Tighten the curve with strong ramp (Birds of Paradise, Igneous Inspiration-style rituals) and recursion like The Ozolith so repeated removal never resets your clock, pushing the deck toward a turn-six to eight commander-damage kill.
