At the beginning of combat on your turn, you may remove three quest counters from among permanents you control. When you do, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control and they gain vigilance until end of turn.
Flood the board with small (power 3 or less) creatures to bank quest counters, then convert three counters at the start of combat into a board-wide +1/+1 counter pump with vigilance, attacking while staying back on defense. You win by going wide with efficient white creatures and tokens and turning them into an overwhelming anthem-style army.
Add proliferate enablers (Evolution Sage, Flux Channeler) to stretch quest counters and team pumps further, and lean into token doublers like Anointed Procession plus reliable card advantage from Welcoming Vampire and Skullclamp. To raise the ceiling, run an overrun-style finisher (Overwhelming Stampede or Craterhoof-adjacent white effects like Finale of Glory) and protective pieces such as Heroic Intervention and Teferi's Protection to dodge the board wipes that prey on go-wide decks.
