When Perrie enters, put a shield counter on target creature. (If it would be dealt damage or destroyed, remove a shield counter from it instead.)
Whenever Perrie attacks, target creature you control gains trample and gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of different kinds of counters among permanents you control.
Perrie is a Bant counters-matters deck that stacks as many different counter types as possible across your board, then turns one creature into a trampling beater with +X/+X equal to the number of distinct counter kinds you control. You ramp early, deploy proliferate and counter engines, and protect your team with shield counters while building toward a single lethal swing.
Lean into doublers (Doubling Season, Branching Evolution, Hardened Scales) and consistent proliferate (Evolution Sage, Flux Channeler, Karn's Bastion) to inflate counter variety fast. Add protection and recursion like Heroic Intervention, Teferi's Protection, and The Ozolith so a wipe doesn't erase your engine. Tighten the mana with Bant duals, fast ramp (Sol Ring, signets, Three Visits), and a couple of evasive haymakers so Perrie's swing reliably ends games.
